Thomas A. Gajda

Thomas A. Gajda is the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of Redstone Properties, Inc. Mr. Gajda is a Certified Public Accountant with a national firm background as well as being the founder and managing partner of a regional firm in Western Massachusetts. He has worked with Mr. Patten on a consulting basis since 1984 and draws from an extensive background in real estate finance, cash flow planning, joint venture formation and management, creditor and investor relationship management, and tax planning.
Tom joined Redstone on a full-time basis in early 2004 and manages the financial and daily operating elements of the Redstone business from the corporate office in Williamstown, Massachusetts.
