Michael S. Patten is President and Founder of Redstone Properties, Inc. Mr. Patten has been in the land and timber business since 1976 and is recognized as one of the premier land investors in the country. During his career, he has been involved with the development of more than 500 projects ranging in size from 100 to 40,000 acres in more than 30 states.
Mr. Patten is responsible for the strategic direction of Redstone and he maintains an active role in the acquisition and marketing elements of the business. He has recruited an outstanding management team to operate the business from the corporate headquarters in Williamstown, Massachusetts. Mr. Patten has also formed a network of experienced managers across the United States who share his passion for helping people achieve the American Dream of land ownership. These experienced land professionals operate Redstone's Regional Offices, enabling Redstone to buy, improve, and market the best property the country has to offer.
