About

Alabama Shoreline was established as a Regional Office by Redstone Properties for the sole purpose of creating premium waterfront communities in the great state of Alabama. Our principals have over 30 years of experience in the land business across the United States, and this experience gives us a unique sensibility about the land. We look at literally hundreds of parcels for every one that we buy, so you can be assured that any property we market has already passed through a rigorous filtering process.

Our current focus is on Lake Guntersville as we believe the entire Huntsville area is one of the most outstanding real estate markets in the country today. Huntsville's Redstone Arsenal and NASA facility are both undergoing significant expansions which are creating a tremendous number of jobs locally for the businesses and contractors who service those two government agencies. Combined with the outstanding local job growth (especially in high-tech positions), the northern Alabama climate is proving to be highly attractive to retirees from all over the country. These two sources of new arrivals are creating a dynamic real estate market throughout northern Alabama in which we are thrilled to participate.

  • Call our office at (877) 917-5253 to speak with one of our Land Consultants.
  • Verify that your client is not already on file with us as a prospective new customer or a previous buyer. Clients who are already in our system are ineligible for this program.
  • Click here to download our Broker Referral Registration Agreement. Complete the agreement and fax it to your Land Consultant at (912) 267-7447.
  • Set up an appointment for your prospective buyer to tour the property with a Land Consultant. The responsibility for the presentation of the property and all sale-related paperwork is ours.
  • Our ability to give your clients access to outstanding financing and our streamlined closing process means we regularly beat our 30 day closing target, which means you get paid faster, too!

    Attention: Builders

    When it comes to residential neighborhoods, Alabama Shoreline is a firm believer in the adage "nothing sells land like rooftops"! We know our prospective customers love to see homes going up and families moved in when they tour the property. However, we are not a home builder; we build infrastructure and amenities only. As such, we need home builders like you and we have implemented special builder incentives to increase the attractiveness of doing business with us.     Alabama Shoreline does not offer land for sale for the express purpose of investment. Our developments are not registered with federal or state agencies as investment vehicles. We do recognize, however, that many of our buyers are land investors who recognize the intrinsic value in doing business with a professional wholesale land developer like us.
