In 2006, Alabama Shoreline developed The Strand, our first community on Goose Pond Island in Scottsboro, Alabama. The Strand featured 42 waterfront homesites. It was offered in a One Day Land Sale in February 2006. All 42 parcels sold out in 2 hours and 15 minutes.
