American Land Associates was established as a Regional Office by Redstone Properties for the sole purpose of creating premium communities throughout the Carolinas. Our principals have over 30 years of experience in the land business across the United States, and this experience gives us a unique sensibility about the land. We look at literally hundreds of parcels for every one that we buy, so you can be assured that any property we market has already passed through a rigorous filtering process.

Our current focus is on Asheville, NC. The city has achieved nearly legendary status for quality of life, with new accolades appearing almost daily.   • Set up an appointment for your prospective buyer to tour the property with a Land Consultant. The responsibility for the presentation of the property and all sale-related paperwork is ours.

    American Land Associates does not offer land for sale for the express purpose of investment. Our developments are not registered with federal or state agencies as investment vehicles. We do recognize, however, that many of our buyers are land investors who recognize the intrinsic value in doing business with a professional wholesale land developer like us.
