Darien, Georgia is located along Georgia's scenic coast, just off I-95. The town is roughly halfway between Savannah and Brunswick. As the second-oldest planned city in Georgia, this McIntosh County town has a unique blend of historic and natural beauty.

Darien offers much to families, businesses, and nascent industries/markets. Visitors find appeal in the down-home, Southern charm, as passing locals greet each other with "how ya doin'?" To those not from the South, this quaint charm is not unlike that which has been stereotyped in countless movies and sketches.
