Good Thing You're in Northeast Oklahoma!

While the entire population has been bombarded with news about the current economic slump, the Northeast Oklahoma area has experienced much good fortune. Although the total number of home sales is less than it was last year, the average price of the sold homes has greatly increased. In the first quarter of 2008, housing values have increased an amazing 14.6 percent!
Because of this, the Northeast Oklahoma Board of Realtors has adopted the phrase "Good Thing You're in Northeast Oklahoma" as their slogan. Look for it in television commercials and magazines in and around the Northeast Oklahoma area.
