The Oklahoma Real Estate market continues to outpace the national level. In the latest news, Oklahoma State University economist Mark Snead forecasts continued growth for the Oklahoma housing sector. Snead is the Director for the Center for Applied Economic Research at the University's Spears School of Business. While overall growth has slowed, the trend for this resilient market is that prices on a whole are increasing, which is great news for the state's homeowners, and it ties in with the former news posted about the Northeast Oklahoma market (see the article here).
