The Preserve at Grand Lake: Construction Update

We just wanted to share some pics from our efforts this week. We finally had 5 decent days of weather in a row. City water and gas have started. Electric and phone are next. Our roads are almost all cut to grade and we the lots are surveyed. Clearing continues and the homesites look incredible!
