Despite a steady downpour and near-freezing temperatures, the Stonybrook Land team enjoyed a busy day on Saturday, March 8 at the Grand Opening of our property at Charlemont, Massachusetts!
Many hearty customers braved the weather, with eight of them purchasing parcels up to 65 acres in size and valued at up to $295,000.
"It was just a wonderful success," said David Lipinski, President of Stonybrook Land. "The day just served to validate what we've always believed in ... offering great property at great prices is a formula for success."
