Huntsville, AL #16 Best Performing US City in 2007

The Milken Institute, a publicly-supported independent economic think tank, released their rankings of the top performing US cities recently and Huntsville, AL finished 16th overall.
Milken's Best Performing Cities Index considers factors such as job growth, wage and salary growth, and technology growth on both a long-term (5 year) and short-term (1 year) basis.

"Huntsville's robust economy, high-tech jobs creation, and the expansion of NASA and Redstone Arsenal are some of the main factors driving the active real estate market in the region. Our community, The Promenade and The Oaks, is within easy commuting distance of Huntsville," said Bob Jones, Director of Sales for Alabama Shoreline.
