The Promenade and The Oaks Lot Giveaway Winner!

Congratulations to our Lake Lot Winner! Joe Still, a resident of Alabama and holder of ticket 572 859, is now the proud owner of a gorgeous lake lot at Alabama Shoreline's GPI community.We performed the drawing on March 29 in the Lakeside Lodge. Major Dan Deason from Scottsboro was scheduled to do the drawing but was unable to attend due to his recovery efforts from throat cancer. Linda Hall, one of the owners of the Docks restaurant, performed the duty admirably in his stead.
Mr. Still was already the owner of a beautiful waterfront property at The Oaks, but this makes things even sweeter - especially considering that it broke his lifelong streak of never having won a drawing.
