We sold this property in the fall of 2003. We created 11 parcels ranging in size from 10 to 43 acres from the orginal 320 acre parcel that we purchased. This property was beautiful and laid out exceptionally well for us. About every 600 to 1,200' along the road was a stone wall, and we used each of these natural breaks as boundaries for our properties. As a result, each of the parcels was completely surrounded by stone walls and each property had its own woods and meadows. Two ponds were on the project and most of the parcels had very nice views of the valley.
