Pending Home Sales Increase 7.4% in August!

Although good news about the housing market has been somewhat elusive lately, here's something very encouraging to read.From July to August, pending home sales have increased 7.4%!
"Pending" home sales include situations where sellers and buyers have agreed to terms, but the sale has not yet closed. The pending sale index is at the highest that it has been since July of 2007.
